What are the Travel Costs to have OnSite Service?
CPYou is willing to travel anywhere you require to do work for you. The initial cost is just time. We offer no obligation quotes on request. When travel is required, the client will be responsible for all costs incurred including hotel, meals and mileage. These rates will be sent to you for approval prior to any work starting. (If your company has an established pay schedule for travel expenses, please email it at the time of your request for our approval.)
The standard charge for mileage is twenty-five cents per kilometer round trip.(may also be subject to reduced hourly wage also depending on location)

Determining the needs of the client (you) is the most important part of the job. and is what CPYou Computer Solutions is all about Our goal is to get you the computer, training, database, or repairs that are best for you. We recognize there are many great companies out there and we are not going to pretend to be able to solve all the problems that exist everywhere! If we think someone else can do it better and more economically than we can, we will tell you who that is Many clients know what they want to happen....but don't now how to, or what they need to make it happen. That my friend is my job. To help you navigate the IT world and get the best possible computer products for you and your individual needs. CPYou is based in Yellow Grass, SK, but has travelled all over Canada and parts of the U.S. for work, so don't let our location make you think we can't help. All it initially costs is an email and some time. You will always be advised before any costs are incurred
CPYou Computer Solutions' rate for the initial onsite consultation is fifty dollars per hour (and most times is enough to solve small problems). Onsite repairs, troubleshooting and upgrades are charged the standard hourly rate of thirty-five dollars per hour. Training and Consultation rates are often at the same rate, but can vary depending on need, number of people, and time required. Webpage Design is quoted on a per job basis only( depending on time needed and amount of work required on the site). On-site services are quoted on a per-job basis (but are usually at the standard rate). Onsite service and telephone support contracts can also be negotiated to suit your business' needs and budget. Maybe you just want someone to Help you Purchase the Right Computer or just Setup Your Computer. We charge fifty dollars for each service seperately or seventy-five dollars for both services when purchased together. These fees may be subject to mileage charges & taxes depending on your location. Computer salespeople prey on the lack of knowledge some purchaser's possess (or don't possess) and sell high priced units to people who don't necessarily need them.Your time and money are important, and down time on a computer can be a hassle. I wouldn't want a car that failed three times a week after I paid to fix it. You don't want your computer doing that either. I believe my clients hire me because they know that I do the job right the first time, or will locate someone who can.
After Hours & Non-Profit Rates
*Emergency and after hours on-site calls may be subject to a rate of thirty-five dollars per half-hour for a minimum of 2 hours per call*On-line & email consultations are a free service we provide to you and as such are limited in the information they provide. We travel to your location and only remove your equipment from your location if absolutely necessary and approved by you. **Special discounts for schools and non-profit organizations**
